A City Made By People is an international network made up of cities and citizens that celebrate and support citizens who make their cities more liveable. Made By People Lab is how we create awareness around urban issues and use different creative disciplines to explore and improve liveability in cities. The Websites may contain features including article, blog and newsletter services, event, print journals and community pages, member areas and other applications that may be available from time to time.

The public websites use third party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics and Mailchimp) and to track common metrics such as platform engagement, concurrent users, maximum number of users, time spent on a page, etc. Any use of such analytics cookies is to improve your user experience and provide A City Made by People with valuable information to help A City Made By People to better tailor our services to our partners, members, constituents and participants.

Product Purchases

When you purchase publications offered through our website, we collect your credit card and other payment information. We use this information to process your orders, to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, as well as to improve our product offerings. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained.

Exchanges and Refunds

We are unable to exchange and refund delivered print items, such as our journal. However, if you never received your print item or received the wrong item please contact us via hello@citinerary.net and we will resolve the issue. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and Currency

Prices are expressed in EUR, specified on the receipt of purchase and must be paid in the Sell Currency. Sales taxes such as VAT may are charged in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, where A City Made By People is based at.

Eligibility

The shop is intended for Users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older, and any purchases made on the Site’s shop by a person fifteen (15) years of age or younger should be made under the supervision of a legal parent or guardian who is fully able and competent to comprehend and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and on the shop, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
